ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed through our site. We strive to provide the best quality products to you. However, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged, and no refund will be issued, as the orders are specially made for you.


SIZING

The fit of our products may vary depending on the cut, fabric, and style. Some products are designed for a loose, relaxed fit, while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the size best suited for you.


COLORS

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display will be completely accurate, as colors may vary across devices. Please note that there may also be slight variations between product images and the actual product.


DELIVERY

Products will generally be delivered within 6–7 business days depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries or queries, please contact us at +91 98188 70179.
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected if:

  • Complete payment is not received

  • Address details are incorrect/inaccurate

  • Required measurements are not provided

  • There is no response from the customer

We work with third-party vendors for faster deliveries. However, in case of a delay caused by a third party, we cannot take responsibility.


SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

  • Within India: Shipping is free and borne entirely by us.

  • International Shipping: Charges will be applicable based on the weight, volume, and delivery country. Charges will be shared upon inquiry.

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery timeline is 15–21 business days, depending on the outfit ordered.


SALE

Certain products may be offered at promotional prices. Please note:

  • Sale outfits cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Advance payments made for sale outfits are non-refundable.

  • Alterations/resizing will not be provided for sale outfits.


DELIVERY POLICIES

  • We use third-party logistics for all deliveries. We are not responsible for delays caused by the logistics provider.

  • For all deliveries within India, we bear the cost of shipping.

  • For international deliveries, shipping charges are to be borne by the client.

  • For ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD) services, we bear a part of the courier charges, but the remaining amount will be charged to the client. Hence, if a client opts for COD, an additional COD fee will be added to the total order value.


UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

  • Outfits will be dispatched once full payment is received.

  • If a client opts to collect the outfit from our store, it will be held until the agreed delivery date.

  • If the outfit is undelivered, returned, or not collected, we will attempt to re-deliver by contacting the client.

  • If no communication is received within 6 months, the amount paid will be forfeited, and the outfit will be discarded.
