All orders placed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, will begin processing the same day and ship the next day. Shopniamh is not responsible for unanticipated delays due to force majeure conditions such as weather or shipping/air travel delays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. Shopniamh is not responsible for refunding items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
