SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing: All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing the same day and ship the following business day. ShopNiamh is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to force majeure conditions such as weather disruptions, strikes, or shipping/air travel delays.

  • Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address. ShopNiamh will not be held liable or provide refunds for items delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect/incomplete details provided by the customer.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Prepaid Orders: Free

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Free

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is sold out, we will notify you at the earliest via email or call. You may then choose to receive a refund for the unavailable product or exchange it for another item.

  • Delivery Timeline: Once your order has been dispatched, it will take approximately 15–21 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on the outfit ordered and your delivery location.
